Ashley House has traditionally focused on either developing and building surgeries for GPs or acquiring premises to lease to them.
Two years ago it set up a clinical services division with plans to work with GPs to secure NHS contracts and to develop medical centres to include pharmacy, dental, ophthalmology and allied health therapies.
The company describes itself as one of the UK's leading primary care infrastructure companies and aims to provide flexible solutions to service provision.
