Bonuses and superannuation

I am a salaried GP and the partners have agreed to pay me a bonus that will be calculated as a percentage of the profits at the end of each financial year. They are not sure if this bonus is NHS pensionable. If it is, they want me to fund the employer's contribution on it. Is this fair?
